Revive the Hive models our company off customer service and communication throughout the entire process. You will always communicate with either the owners or an office team member. Because we are a family operated business our clients often keep in touch with us after the job is complete to just say hi. We always try to do the same because that’s what we aim for, creating meaningful experiences with a foundation of trust and kindness. We offer free estimates and project coordination when multiple parties are involved. Communication is a big part of the structure when completing a potential project. From the initial call or text to the on our way notification to the completion of the project, our team members and software help both parties stay in communication throughout the entire process.
