| OWNER INFORMATION:

From a very early age, Owners & brothers Jason and Jonathan have had an interest in how things work and the intuition to fix complex problems. Engineering, construction, mechanics, and drafting with all its complexities were always something that interested them. “We would think on how we can improve on a design or how we can make something function more efficiently, so we modeled Revive the Hive after what we enjoy and what seemed to come naturally,

“Reviving” people’s homes in an effort to make them better!”

Brothers Jason and Jonathan complement each other in a variety of ways. Jason being the older “wiser” brother, has taught Jonathan the construction aspect of the building, maintenance, and the correct way of “Reviving.” Jonathan, the younger brother, has taught Jason the value of technology throughout the business process. With both brothers leaning on each other for their strong suits, the relationship continues to grow and show throughout their business and work ethic. “Working together as brothers works because we can trust and rely on each other. We’re here for each other no matter what. We help each other grow and pick each other up when we’re down. Loyalty and Family are a very important part of our relationship, and we enjoy spending time and making memories together.”

Revive the Hive models our company off customer service and communication throughout the entire process. You will always communicate with either the owners or an office team member. Because we are a family operated business our clients often keep in touch with us after the job is complete to just say hi. We always try to do the same because that’s what we aim for, creating meaningful experiences with a foundation of trust and kindness. We offer free estimates and project coordination when multiple parties are involved. Communication is a big part of the structure when completing a potential project. From the initial call or text to the on our way notification to the completion of the project, our team members and software help both parties stay in communication throughout the entire process.

We hold a Residential Home Builders License in South Carolina. This provides us the opportunity to complete all aspects of the building process including structural changes, interior and exterior home remodels, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and much more all in house handled directly by Revive the Hive. Revive the Hive is a trademarked business owned by Jason and Jonathan Bealand and is registered under the US Patent and Trademark Office. Revive the Hive is part of several local organizations in the surrounding area. These networks of local businesses help grow our relationships with the community while providing us with a vast network of businesses we can trust and rely upon for our clients. When working with Revive the Hive you are eligible to use our preferred vendor list and take advantage of our ever-growing network of reputable and reliable businesses when shopping for your material. The Vendors we have created relationships with offer the highest of quality materials for the job so you can trust that your project will stand the test of time. Once your desired material has been chosen from any one of the preferred vendors, Revive the Hive will coordinate the pick-up, delivery, inspection, accuracy and storage, if necessary, until the job is ready to start. Leaving you the client with no burden of coordinating multiple products or ensuring the materials arrive on time and in an undamaged state. We will coordinate and complete every part of the job for you ensuring a smooth and efficient remodel. Revive the Hive will always welcome the opportunity to work with a clients preferred vendor if desired.
