5601 N Ocean Blvd – A Remodel That Saved a Home
🔎 When we started demo work at 5601 N Ocean Blvd, we uncovered some serious hidden dangers that could have led to major damage—or worse!
⚠️ What We Found:
Mold growth behind walls (a health hazard!)
Dangerous, hidden wiring buried in walls (a fire hazard!)
Severely damaged subfloor that crumbled on impact
Incorrectly spaced joists, creating a structural risk
🔨 How We Fixed It:
✔️ Passed rough-in framing inspection after joist & subfloor repairs
✔️ Ran new electrical wiring for recessed lighting & fan installation
✔️ Installed GFCI-protected electrical systems for safety
✔️ Reconfigured shower drain location to match the new stall layout
